FS1000 Series Paddle-Type Flow Switch

The Madison FS1000 Series Flow Switches are engineered to detect liquid flow in either direction, providing real-time monitoring of flow and no-flow conditions. Available in two paddle lengths, the paddle can be precisely trimmed during installation to enable switch actuation at the specified flow rate. As liquid flow increases, the switch's paddle pivots, moving out of the liquid path, ensuring a minimal pressure drop of less than 3 psig (.21 bar) irrespective of pipe size. These precision-engineered flow switches find applications in a wide range of engineering systems, including compressors, heat exchangers, turbines, engines, boilers, chillers, valves, pumps, and regulators.
